We begin our journey together with calming sips and a guided visualisation using sacred flower tea - either Blue Lotus or Butterfly Pea, depending on availability - inviting the nervous system to soften and the mind to gently settle inward.
This deeply immersive two-hour experience is designed to guide you into deeper connection, healing, and energetic alignment. Each session is a gentle space to reconnect with yourself, restore energetic balance, and receive intuitive guidance through meditation, sound healing, and energy work.
Before your session, please take a moment to set an intention for what you would like guidance, clarity, or healing around. Come with an open heart and mind so you can receive the most from your experience.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Wow what a truly powerful experience I had at the Wellbeing Spot in Rockingham with Jess at her Earth and Soul sound healing session. The moment I walked in I felt like I was transported into a magical place! The set up was beautiful, there were oracle cards to choose, a heart led introduction and meditation and the different sound instruments transported me to many different places. The most incredible being Jess' voice with her intuitive sounds, it's definitely something to experience yourself. I highly recommend Jess.
