It also becomes a beautiful opportunity to bond - held together in a calm, supportive space where both mother and baby can soften. Sound healing is always gently tailored to be soft and soothing for your baby’s ears.

Wow what a truly powerful experience I had at the Wellbeing Spot in Rockingham with Jess at her Earth and Soul sound healing session. The moment I walked in I felt like I was transported into a magical place! The set up was beautiful, there were oracle cards to choose, a heart led introduction and meditation and the different sound instruments transported me to many different places. The most incredible being Jess' voice with her intuitive sounds, it's definitely something to experience yourself. I highly recommend Jess. I felt very supported and elated afterwards and cannot wait to go again! Thank you
